Please note that there will be a delay in responding to reports submitted during the winter break from Wednesday 24th December 2025. Reports and messages will be responded to as soon as possible from Friday 2nd January 2026.

Reporting with your contact details alerts the relevant team via email notification (please note that none of your contact details are shared via email).

The case worker within that team will log into Report + Support to access the information you provided in your report. That case worker will contact you using the details you provided within 5 University working days.

Information about your report will not be shared beyond the case work team without your consent.

By providing your contact details, your report may lead to formal action being taken, and you can continue to access the support you need.

Please note that we will make as much contact with you as we can, but if we don’t receive a response from you within two weeks, we will close your report.

If you wish to contact us again after your report has been closed, you are welcome to do so, and your report can be re-opened at this time.
